✅ Ensure Council’s finances are sustainable into the future with no Labor rate rises

✅ Focus on the basics - roads, footpaths, grass verges, playgrounds and accessibility

✅ Introduce open and transparent community engagement

✅ Return to an “easy to do business with” Council

✅ Increase parking on private property and on-street

✅ Promote road safety and traffic calming in high pedestrian areas and consult on the 40km/ hr rollout

✅ Fight overdevelopment, such as continuing to lobby the State Govt. for changes to state planning policies

✅ Improve Council compliance to reduce undue amenity impacts such as noise and unauthorised building works

✅ Reduce greenhouse gas emissions to net zero by 2030: increase sustainable energy use, recycling rates & take up of

LED/solar, improve dumped rubbish & advance FOGO (Food Organics Green Organics) collections; support electric vehicles & charging stations

✅ Increase the tree canopy & improve tree management for problem trees ‍

✅ Protect and manage Crown Lands respectfully & responsibly

✅ Support our community and businesses and promote safety during the COVID-19 pandemic
