Dov has been active in the Dover Heights Precinct since 2008 and have served as Precinct Convenor since 2014. During this time, I have been able to represent the residents of Dover Heights by working with councillors and staff to make our suburb more attractive.  Over the years I have helped implement some key projects including the Blake & Military Road commercial corner upgrades, the kiddie “learn to ride a bike” project in Dudley Page Reserve and numerous upgrades Weonga, Rodney & Raleigh Reserves.

I have personally logged hundreds of customer service cases via Snap Send Solve to remove dead trees and dead branches, get council to mow and maintain council verges, remove trash and litter from our streets and reserves and repair damaged footpaths.  I worked tirelessly to prevent a large facilities block being built in Rodney Reserve and have spent years trying to optimize the new coastal fencing which will be constructed in Eastern, Weonga, Rodney & Raleigh reserves.

I have worked hard to prevent council from planting street trees that block resident’s iconic views and have encouraged council to plant new street trees that are flowering and attractive.  We are blessed in Hunter Ward to live in one of the most stunning locations on earth.  I am dedicated to help make our streetscape and public reserves as beautiful as the natural landscapes that surround us.

I moved to Australia in 2006.  During that last 15 years that I have lived in Dover Heights it has become my passion to make my suburb and the surrounding areas in Hunter Ward a better place to live.

I was born New York and raised in Arizona.  I went to University at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire and later received a Master’s in International Management.
