I have lived in the Eastern Suburbs for over 20 years and currently live in Queens Park with my wife and daughter. My working life has consisted of building reports, professional advice and dispute resolution services to the building and construction industry for over 35 years and continuing. Prior to that I started/owned/operated a building and construction company for over 17 years facilitating the building and construction of a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

I hold a Masters of Dispute Resolution (MDR) from the University of Technology, Sydney

and am an Accredited Grade 1 Arbitrator & Mediator with the Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia.

I have well developed skills in communication, project management, mediation, arbitration, and leadership roles. Some of my passions in Waverley are the appropriate level of maintenance of parks, public spaces, roads & public walkways and the eradication of graffiti on walls, polls of

various types & buildings in Waverley. I hold a strong practicing faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour, and together with my family attend St Matthias Anglican Church Paddington, NSW.

Current Government Appointment:

2014 - Ongoing Panel Chair of the Independent Property Impact Assessment Panel (IPIAP) for the Sydney Metro – Tunnel & Station Works. Estimated cost $26b (over a number of projects). The Panel deals with all/any unresolved disputes referred to it from the Public, Contractors & Government.
